Account & Usage
Roved automatically creates an anonymous account using Firebase.
The following data may be processed:
- anonymous user ID
- optional: username you choose
This data cannot be used to directly identify you.
Game Data (Lobbies)
During gameplay, the following data is processed:
- player name
- answers within the lobby
- lobby code
👉 This data is temporary only
👉 It is automatically deleted once the game ends
3. Analytics & Crash Reporting
We use services provided by Google:
- Firebase Analytics → to understand how the app is used
- Firebase Crashlytics → to detect and fix crashes
This may include:
- device information
- usage data (events)
- technical error data
👉 This data is used exclusively to improve the app.
4. In-App Purchases
Roved offers optional in-app purchases.
Payments are processed via:
- Apple App Store / Google Play
- RevenueCat for purchase management
👉 We do not store any payment information ourselves.
5. Data Storage & Hosting
Data is processed using Firebase.
- Hosting takes place within the European Union
- No images or files are stored
6. Permissions
Roved does not require any sensitive permissions.
The app only uses:
- internet access (required for functionality)
👉 No access to:
- location
- camera
- microphone
- contacts
7. Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties, except:
- for technical infrastructure (e.g. Firebase, RevenueCat)
- if required by law
8. Advertising & Profiling
- ❌ No advertising

- ❌ No personalized ads
9. Data Retention
- Game data: deleted immediately after the game ends
- Analytics data: stored in anonymized form according to Google standards
10. Age Restriction
Roved is intended for users aged 18 and over.
