These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application Roved (the “App”), provided by:

By using Roved, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
Roved is intended for users aged 18 and over.
By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you do not, you are not permitted to use Roved.
2. The App
Roved is a multiplayer party game.
You can create or join lobbies, answer questions, and play with others in real time.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.
3. Accounts
Roved uses anonymous accounts.
- No registration is required
- You may optionally choose a username
You are responsible for how you use the app and any name you choose.
4. User Content
During gameplay, you may submit content such as:
- answers
- names
You agree that your content:
- does not violate any laws
- does not infringe on rights of others
- is not abusive, harmful, or offensive
We reserve the right to restrict access if these rules are violated.
5. Game Data
Game-related data (e.g. answers, lobby data):
- is processed only during gameplay
- is temporary
- is automatically deleted after the game ends
We do not guarantee storage or recovery of any game data.
6. Purchases
Roved offers optional in-app purchases.
Payments are handled by:
- Apple App Store / Google Play
- RevenueCat
We:
- do not process payments ourselves
- do not store payment information
Prices and available products may change at any time.
Refunds must be requested through the respective app store.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Roved to:
- violate any laws
- harass, abuse, or harm others
- upload malicious code or disrupt the app
- impersonate others or provide false information
- exploit or manipulate the game unfairly
We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to the app, including design, code, and content, belong to Crewz GmbH or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee that the app will always be:
- available
- error-free
- uninterrupted
Features may change or be removed at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewz GmbH is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of data
- loss of profits or business
Your use of the app is at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crewz GmbH from any claims or damages resulting from:
- your use of the app
- your violation of these terms
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Roved after changes means you accept the updated terms.
